Closes #656.
What changed
live.*andsetupWizard.*translations for seven locales from the stalled DigitalOcean Harness workspace, then completed all missing keys in the 17 non-English catalogs. Each locale now has all 2,645 English keys.<stream_name>, omitted API help details, or contained placeholder artifacts.Validation
cd web && npm test -- --runInBandcd web && npx vite buildcd web && npx eslint tests/locale-coverage.spec.jsReview note
These translations were machine-produced. Native-speaker review is especially welcome for Japanese, both Chinese variants, Arabic, and Korean. The app still falls back to English for any future missing keys; rollback is a revert.
