🌱 Disable optionalfields and requiredfields linter rules - #3073
Our API conventions differ from those set by the kube-api-linter around optional and required fields and their use of pointers, omitempty, and omitzero, and this causes a huge amount of noise from the linter. Disabling will allow us to focus on more important linter issues and remove the need for approvers to override the api linter job everytime we add or modify fields with these properties.
