Deliver reconnect before waiting for browser startup.

attachViewer cannot return its queued reconnect until findTab finishes. On a first headless launch, PreviewBrowser can wait up to 45 seconds for installation, so the viewer remains connecting well beyond the five-second deadline. Start replacement creation independently and return the reconnect promptly. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @apps/server/src/preview/ServerBrowser.ts at line 751:
Update attachViewer so the findTab operation for tab.threadId and tab.tabId runs
independently rather than delaying the queued reconnect; return the reconnect
promptly while replacement creation continues in the background.

🟠 High preview/ServerBrowser.ts:2501

When a desktop tab with completed downloads is minimized, attaching a viewer triggers this fallback and deletes those files, so previously returned download paths and IDs stop working even though the logical tab remains open. moveTabToHeadless reaches dropTab, which removes downloadDir(tab) and discards tab.downloads; preserve or transfer the download files and metadata during migration instead of running destructive cleanup.
