Overview
Updates the Chinese introduction’s 获取帮助 section so the word help in the -h quick-reference sentence uses the project’s Chinese quotation marks (“help”) instead of AsciiDoc-style ``help''`.

This is a one-line typography/convention fix in help.asc; no behavior or content changes.

为什么要这么改？有两者渲染后的对比图吗？

@networm 现在中文版的渲染有个小小小问题，阅读的时候看到的。

最终是参考翻译规范＋其他页面现存译法＋中文版的源代码修改的。

PS：我查看了英文版的源代码，它和中文版源代码（翻译规范描述的情况）其实略有不同，像是用了markdown语法，但效果一样，反引号并没有将文本渲染成行内代码，只保留了双引号效果。
