What changed?

Implement the single-host SSH release lifecycle: checksum-cached uploads, deployment locking, shared paths, Deployment Helper execution, read-only releases, atomic activation, rollback, history and stored logs. Wire in CacheTool and the PHP restart fallback.

The Cobra commands are added later in #1573.

Why?

Review the release state machine and filesystem safety separately from host coordination and CLI interaction.

How was this tested?

Deployment-tagged tests and golangci-lint pass. Tests exercise successful and failed rollouts, cancellation, locking, permissions, retained activation and logs using local PHP/SSH fixtures.
