What changed?

Stage every SSH host, run Deployment Helper on the migration host, warm follower caches, then activate hosts sequentially. Add target preflight summaries and shared rollout capability to the backend interface.

Why?

Deploy one artifact across multiple hosts while running shared migration work once. Partial activation failures report host state without automatic rollback.

How was this tested?

Deployment-tagged tests and golangci-lint pass, including multi-host staging, partial failures, locks, checksum drift, cancellation and preflight validation.
