fix(web): status pages pass the design lint - #2014

Replaces hand-picked values in the status-pages views with the design-system tokens the lint names (radii, tone alpha steps, shadow-popup) and adds the active: press twins. Rendering values are unchanged apart from the documented 5%→6% wash. Safe to merge.
