…t from app failures Pool errors (a worker off the gateway, a closed daemon connection, xcrun timeouts) now retry the pose twice wherever they happen, and a pose the pool never let finish is reported as blocked rather than failed. Brings F6 workspace navigation and the keyboard-navigable sidebar (pingdotgg#25877), custom snooze options (pingdotgg#26208), filtering the sidebar by several projects (pingdotgg#25284), the background work line (pingdotgg#25299), queued messages showing their sender (pingdotgg#26159), Copy thread chips (pingdotgg#26202), channel artwork (pingdotgg#26138), Claude --settings launch args merged with T3's (pingdotgg#22864), Claude background-task wakes under a held queue (pingdotgg#17885), answerable agent questions after a restart (pingdotgg#19229), Codex app-server recovery (pingdotgg#26188), the worktree .git/config lock fix (pingdotgg#25700), agent-scope cgroup delegation (pingdotgg#23913), the ZIP reader moved into client-runtime (pingdotgg#19463), and the effect-reason lint comments (pingdotgg#26161, pingdotgg#26181). Cut by the user's decision: in-app triage (pingdotgg#22753), the thread dev-servers panel (pingdotgg#22542, needs the uncarried preview port scanner), the replay provider (pingdotgg#26207), ACP Registry index reuse (pingdotgg#26248), the linked-machine @ picker (pingdotgg#26201) and the PeerLinkRequests fix (pingdotgg#26143). Also cut: mobile, desktop (pingdotgg#24111, pingdotgg#26173), relay (pingdotgg#26141, pingdotgg#26135), preview (pingdotgg#22877), and the GitHub, Forgejo, Antigravity, OpenCode and fx fixes. WsServerPrepare TriageRpc and WsPreviewStopLocalServerRpc are omitted; triage and localServerStop are omitted capabilities. Stage 1's unlisted patches/alchemy@2.0.0-beta.84.patch is deleted here. Conflicts keep the fork's cuts (desktop F6 forwarding, SnapShot, load balancing, preview action bus) and merge-request wording; QueuedRunsControl says "Sent by T3 Coder" without guest names. knip ignores contracts' TRIAGE_PROMPT_FILE_NAME and shared's mobile-only remarkKeepWindowsProsePaths.
