- Bump minor/patch deps across catalogs (eslint, knip, unplugin, rollup, exsolve, @types/node, ...) and pnpm to 12.16.1, and refresh the lockfile. - Move to Nuxt 5 nightly 5.0.0-2611010234-c709ec8 together with the nitro 3.0.261029-rc it requires. - That nightly injects `@nuxt/devtools-onboard` (not `@nuxt/devtools`) and depends on it, so override it to the workspace package and alias the real name in the onboard module test. - Hold vue-tsc at 3.3.13: 3.3.14 reports false TS2551 errors when a template attribute contains `//` (vuejs/language-tools#6322). Once a dock is selected, the floating `#devframes-dock` renders the same
entries next to the expanded sidebar, so `getByRole('button', { name: 'Pages' })`
matched two elements and failed in strict mode.

With devframe 1.3, the floating dock renders the same entries next to the
expanded sidebar once a dock is selected, so `getByRole('button', { name })`
matched two buttons. This change came with #1154, which was reverted on
this branch.

feat/inspector-hide-panel). This PR only covers the two commits on top of it.Updates every dependency that has a newer version, migrates for the Nuxt 5 nightly change that came with the bump, and fixes the tab-seo e2e spec, which also fails on #1150's head.
